Why do we love OneNote? There’s a list of reasons. It’s simple to use, FREE, and works on basically everything whether you’re on a Mac, Windows PC, Android phone/tablet, iPhone/iPad, etc. So while you may notice some slight graphical changes depending on what device you’re using OneNote on, basically everything should be the same.
We’ll show you in this tutorial how to create notebooks and organize your information into section groups, sections, pages, and sub pages. We’ll also go over using the OneNote Web Clipper to allow you to pull data from web pages.

I find it ironic his wall is covered in macs
for windows, if you right click a page with a grid background you can click “set as default template” so every new page has the grid background

If you are using iCloud too would a One Note be in iCloud and Microsoft?
7:08 Anybody knows how to disable this "cool feature" and force OneNote to use conventional document flow? I take notes on a job, with detailed descriptions and image snapshots, and the text and images are all over the place because of these invisible floating panels, so I have to cleanup my notes at home on my computer, because it's literally impossible to deal with these floated regions on the phone screen.

Installation of onenote web clipper is failing on a Macbook Air:
steps followed:
open one note
onenote (Menu Bar)
install onenote clipper…
Get oneNote Web Clipper
Fails with:
'sorry, the onenote web clipper is not available on your browser'
I have a brand new mac (purchased two weeks ago) here is the specification:
Macbook Air (Retina, 13-inch, 2020)
Macos Catalina version 10.15.4
Safari version 13.1 (15609.1.20.111.8)
Onenote for mac version 16.36 (20041300)
Is this a known problem, am I going to have to install Google Chrome?

Win10 version? Win10 version is a waste of time
just a quick heads up One note clipper doesn't work on Safri any more you have to use another browser. Apparently when Apple upped their security Microsoft couldn't meet their new standards. According to the article they are working on it but how knows just how long that will take.
